Ingredients
1/2lbPecans,raw & whole (about 1 heaping cup)
1/2lbAlmonds,raw & whole (about 1 heaping cup)
2tablespoonsMaple Syrup
2tablespoonsCoconut oilmelted
1tablespoonPumpkin Pie Spice blend
1/2teaspoonCoarse sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl add the nuts and maple syrup and stir to coat all the nuts. Next, do the same with the coconut oil.
Add the pumpkin spice and salt and stir until the nuts are coated evenly with spices.
Spread the nuts out evenly on your baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour or until the nuts are crunchy and browned. Depending on your oven it may take another 15 minutes, but make sure you don't burn them!
