Pumpkin Spice Almonds & Pecans

The perfect sweet, salty and crunchy fall inspired party or football snack!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Pecans, raw & whole (about 1 heaping cup)
  • 1/2 lb Almonds, raw & whole (about 1 heaping cup)
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized bowl add the nuts and maple syrup and stir to coat all the nuts. Next, do the same with the coconut oil.
  3. Add the pumpkin spice and salt and stir until the nuts are coated evenly with spices.
  4. Spread the nuts out evenly on your baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour or until the nuts are crunchy and browned. Depending on your oven it may take another 15 minutes, but make sure you don't burn them!
